Once your candle has burned its last glow, we invite you to repurpose the glass jar. It makes a lovely holder for trinkets, herbs, tea, tiny plants, or even your written intentions.

If you don’t plan to reuse it, please recycle the jar responsibly. At Tonatiih®, we pour care and intention into every package we send. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to make it right with grace and understanding.

🧡 If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit to honor your purchase.

🧡 For unused and unopened items, we accept exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Because our candles are used for sacred rituals, we’re unable to accept returns on burned or used candles.

🧡 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
